1. What we collect

When you create a QueueUp account we store your email address, a gamer tag, and an optional avatar, banner, bio, timezone, mic preference, and playstyle. When you post an LFG card, send a message, upload a clip, or create a game entry, that content is stored alongside your user ID.

2. How we use it

We use your data to run the service: showing your profile to other players, matching you with squads, delivering your messages, and displaying clips you upload. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who can see what

• Profiles, LFG posts, games, and clips are public to other signed-in users.
• Direct messages are visible only to you and the other participant.
• Your email is never shown publicly.

4. Storage and processors

Your data is hosted on a managed cloud backend used solely to operate QueueUp. Payments, if you subscribe to Pro, are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

5. Your rights

You can edit your profile, delete your LFG posts, and delete your clips from inside the app. To delete your account and all associated data, send us a note via the contact form.

6. Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies are set.

7. Children

QueueUp is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
