Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use QueueUp. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. One person, one account — no impersonation, no bots, no automated scraping.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the LFG posts, messages, clips, and other content you create on QueueUp. By posting it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it to other QueueUp users as part of operating the service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to post or send content that:

• Harasses, threatens, or hatefully targets anyone
• Is sexually explicit, especially involving minors
• Promotes cheats, RMT, account selling, or other game-service violations
• Infringes someone else's copyright or trademark
• Spams, scams, or phishes other users

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Pro subscription

QueueUp Pro is a recurring subscription billed via Stripe. You can cancel any time from the pricing page; access continues through the end of the paid period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting support. We can terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that put the safety of other users at risk.

6. Disclaimer & liability

QueueUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
